Here we are new week and Happy Labor Day! Menu will stay the same this week but I do not have a current inventory of canning items I have sold out of things and then had to make more so I will get a count of them and make a post soon about those! Get orders in for Thursday bake by Tuesday at 6pm and for Saturday pick up orders by Thursday at 6 pm! Menu is in comments below! 👇 Also new contest will start soon and I will post winner of August! Any orders made this month definitely go toward the contest!

The ovens turn on tonight, which means oven space gets locked in at 6:30 PM SHARP! 🍞🔥
If you want guaranteed full sourdough loaves, dozen cookie packs, or combo deals for Saturday, you MUST get your pre-order in before 6:30 PM tonight so I can prep your dough!
📍 TWO PICKUP OPTIONS FOR SATURDAY:
1️⃣ Unicoi Visitor Center (Community Yard Sale) from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2️⃣ Normal Pickup Location after 2:00 PM
🍪 WALK-UP NOTICE: Yes, I will have a booth at the Unicoi Yard Sale with a sweet friend selling individual single-serve cookies and treats, but full bulk orders, sourdough loaves, and full cookie packs WILL NOT be guaranteed unless you pre-order tonight!

Nikki’s Bakehouse & More is teaming up with a sweet friend to bring you a huge table full of fresh baked goods and homemade canned goods! 🍞🫙
📍 Where: Unicoi Visitor Information Center
📅 When: Saturday, Sept. 5th
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
🎉 SPECIAL FOR THE SALE:
In addition to full bakes, we’ll be offering individual servings of your favorite treats! Perfect for grabbing a snack to enjoy while you shop around the event. 🍪✨
✨ SATURDAY ORDER PICKUP OPTIONS:
Option 1 (8 AM – 2 PM): Grab your pre-ordered bakes directly from our booth at the Visitor Center!
Option 2 (After 2 PM): Can't make it to the event? No problem at all—you can still pick up your Saturday orders at our normal spot later in the day!
We will have extra individual treats, fresh loaves, and canned goods on-site for walk-ups, but pre-ordering is still the best way to guarantee your full orders don't sell out!
