Good morning y'all Hip here with Darkside Smokehouse and its another Beautiful Saturday at the Lane County Farmers Market in downtown Eugene Oregon....we are setup in the usual spot next to Chili Royale inside the pavilion, so come on by and say hi....
Sriracha Rub is currently still in the fermentation stage, but should be ready next week...but we are restocked on Hot Honey, BBQ Sauce, Dog Treats and M.Y.O Hot Honey!!!!

Hey y'all Hip here with Darkside Smokehouse and this is a little example of what we do with a pork shoulder....cut out the money muscle for special treatment and just slide the bone out....our pulled pork is epic and will make a great addition to your party or gathering!!!!

Hey y'all Hip here with Darkside Smokehouse and we are back at the Lane County Farmers Market for another lovely Tuesday morning....Good News, Hot Honey is back in stock, but Sriracha Rub is Temporarily Sold Out while I am waiting on the process to finish, should be restocked next week...in the meantime we still have plenty of our Award Winning Sweet and Sticky BBQ Sauce, Smoked Dog Treats and M.Y.O Hot Honey!!!
