My Rabbits love our new Fodder feed.
Sandy has been working on a fodder feed for the rabbits and chickens. First tray is ready bet the animals will love it.
Brought the stock trailer full of loose hay out in the pasture, so much nicer feeding out here.
We now have McIntyre Farm FRESH GROUND, From our Farm to Your Table Pepper. Left to Right. 5 Color Chinese Pepper, Anaheim Pepper and Red Chili Pepper. Anaheim is Great flavor and Very Mild. Red Chili has Great Flavor and is Hot. 5 Color Chinese Pepper is VERY 🔥🔥🔥
All these Peppers are grown, Harvested, Dried and Ground right here on the Farm.
I will be adding Green Chili as soon as I get it Ground. Peppers can be found at Elk Camp Art Gallery on the Farm until we open McIntyre Farm Store in April
Starting seeds two weeks earlier than 2021. Hope to be opening McIntyre Farm Store in late April, if all goes well.
A new propane heater for overnight heating and we will be starting Two weeks earlier than 2021.

I will be keeping Elk Camp Art Gallery on the Farm open by appointment. Thanks to everyone that came out to see us. We look forward to a Big Spring Opening sometime in April or May, with tons of Bedding Plants, Jams, Lots of Art, and Sandy's new Jewelry, along with other Great Farm Items.

Thanks to those Lincoln Electric Guys that braved this COLD weather to get our Electricty back on so fast. They got it going before my cow waters froze up. Made my job a lot easier this morning. They are there for us regardless of the weather or hour...Thanks Again.

Running that ole manure spreader today. It is a sh*tty job but some one has to do it
so was asked for a pumpkin pie recipe using fresh pumpkin.
For the pumpkin puree I cut washed pumpkin in half, take out seeds, bake on baking sheet at 350 till tender, cool, scoop out flesh of pumpkin into blender or food processer. Blend till smooth, you can us a little water if to thick. Use what ever pastry you like.
This Wet, Rainy Friday is the last day of Pumpkin Sales here at McIntyre Farms. Around 15-20 Jack-o-lanter pumpkins left ($10 each), and a few pie pumpkins left ($5 each).
Directions: Hwy 37 toward Libby to Airport Road, North on Airport to Tetrault Lake Road, West on Tetrault to Garrison Drive (on hill just before dropping down into Tetrault Fishing Access) South on Tetrault to end of road. At about 3/4 of a mile at the Y, go straight, DO NOT TURN RIGHT. About 100 yards sharp bend to left, this will bring you right down into our Drive.
We still have 15-20 Jack-o'-lantern pumpkins left, and 10-12 sugar pie pumpkins left. We will be open today and tomorrow Thursday and Friday.

McIntyre Farm Pumpkin sales are almost over, we have about 20 nice J0L pumpkins and maybe 25 Sugar Pies left. We will be open all day today, Tuesday, October 26, until around 6 PM. I will post hours daily from now to the weekend. Thanks everyone that came out for Pumpkins, we sold well over 100, pumpkins this year, and are planning maybe an even bigger patch for next years. Some of our previous years jack-o-lanterns.

I did a very short fb live stream yesterday afternoon, but always loose my connection when I get in the studio, so thought I had better post pictures of the Pumpkin Selection we have left. Still lots of great Jack-0-Lantern pumpkins to choose from. OPEN ALL DAY TODAY, SUNDAY, OCTOBER 10. COME ON OUT and pick that perfect Jack-o'-lantern.
Lots of Pumpkins and Sugar Pie Pumpkins left and we are home the rest of the day. Elk Camp Arts Gallery on the Farm is open too for some early Christmas Shopping. Come on out.
Change of plans, no pumpkin sales today, Thursday, October 7. Unexpected change of plans.
We are open all day today and tomorrow, until around 6 both days. Pumpkins are going fast now 26 went out yesterday afternoon

They made themselves right at home yesterday. These litle guys do so much for our garden cant wait to see the raspberry patch this year!
We have pumpkins for sale! and we still have a good selection of grass-fed beef in individualized packages. Remember we are licensed and inspected to sell beef directly to the consumer.
A perfect evening to end a wonderful Farmers Market season! A huge shout out to Naomi Wheat and the Eureka Farmers Market, the Eureka Montana Chamber of Commerce, Tim Helnore Music and The Munchy Monkey for an incredible evening. To all our fellow vendors thank you for being part of our summer and to all our friends keep following us and stay up to date on all things Montana Lass farms.
A peaceful evening on the farm with just the sprinklers keeping rythm with natures song. Loving this summer!
Productive last few days... we have corn, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, summer squash, red cabbage, golden cabbage, cucumbers, potatoes, onions, pumpkins and more all planted. Sandy and Randy have created new trellis systems for a lot of the vine type plants to grow on... now bring on the sun!
It's a wonderful day at Eureka Farmers Market! we have raspberry starts, red cabbage and golden cabbage plants, farm fresh eggs, baby's breath, hanging flower baskets, bunnies and lots of other great stuff from other vendors. Come visit!
