Basic Set is our newest double dry hopped Hazy IPA sits at 7.6% ABV and features a heavy-hitting lineup of Citra, Simcoe, Eureka!, Centennial, and Chinook hops.

Expect an opaque haze with bold notes of mango, fresh citrus, and orange rind, balanced by a clean, medium bitterness.

Tonight! Prairie Moon Restaurant Raw Bar is popping up from 4 PM to 8 PM. Come start your weekend early.

Saturday! Neapolitan Crust is serving fresh wood-fired pizza from 1 PM to 7 PM.

Sunday! Our first Chili Cook-Off kicks off. There is still time to sign up if you think your recipe has what it takes to compete. $5 if you just want to eat! Action starts at noon with Bears vs Packers on the projector!

The ultimate Sunday showdown is happening at Saint Errant Brewing on October 11th at 12:00 PM!

We are pairing the biggest rivalry in football with our first ever Chili Cook-Off, and we need YOU to bring the heat.

Think your recipe can take home the win?
It’s FREE to enter, but please let us know if you’re participating!
Contestant Rules:
* Email [email protected] to secure your spot.
* Bring your chili in a working crockpot.
* Bring your own serving ladle.
* Label your entry with a heat-level (Mild, Medium, Hot) or note any major allergens to keep everyone safe!

Today we are releasing Diane, our Belgian Tripel. This b**r is in collaboration with our great friends 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐘 !

This very special, draft-only release is dedicated to Roger’s mom, Diane. Fermented with classic Westmalle yeast, it is complex, effervescent, and beautifully balanced even at 9.9%. Expect notes of ripe pear, stone fruit, and subtle spice with a deceptively smooth, warming finish.

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: Takers & Leavers, our classic Hazy Double IPA.

We made this in-house using Three Spirit Livener-a potent, plant-powered elixir packed with guava, energizing ginseng, guayusa, and a fiery kick of ginger and cayenne. Finished with crisp apple c***r vinegar, it’s 100% gluten-free and ready to elevate your night.
