🐷SHOW US YOUR HAMS🐷 Did you have a Mac’s Farms ham for Easter? Maybe you had one for Christmas or Thanksgiving even? 🧐 We’d love to see it! How did it turn out? Did you try a new recipe? Here are 2 from our families this past weekend! The first 3 pictures are from our own dinner with a Sugar Cured Boneless ham rubbed and smoked to perfection. 😋The next 3 are from our heritage pork, the Mangalitsa pig. This biggon was a bone-in, uncured ham so it was in a brine for 30 days and smoked to fall off-the-bone deliciousness! 🤤 There were no leftovers!!
