Hiring Farm & Barn Help – Indiana
$80/hour
I’m putting this out there because good help is hard to find. I’m looking for a few solid, dependable people to help around my farm and barns here in Indiana. This is real outdoor work — feeding animals, cleaning stalls, fixing fences, light repairs, and general property upkeep. Some days are calm, others are busy. If you enjoy being outside and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, you’ll probably like it here.
I pay $80 per hour because I value people who show up and do the job right. If you’re reliable and take pride in your work, you’ll be respected and paid fairly — simple as that.
Requirements:
• Strong work ethic
• Good attitude
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Reliability and punctuality
Experience with farming, fencing, construction, or mechanical work is a big plus.
