This Wednesday night is our regular stated meeting at the Lake Stockton shrine club. We are going to have ham steak, mashed potatoes and corn. Libations at 5 o'clock and the meal by 7 o'clock
I'll be there pretty early, so anybody that wants to come and help, just come as early as you can.

Our monthly meeting is tomorrow night (Wednesday 7/8/2026) at the Lake Stockton club house. Salad, Smoked pork chops, fried potatoes, corn on the cob, and cobbler. See you there!

Our meeting this month is also our annual family day We are going to try something the old timers used to do and have it out at Masters swim beach. Please bring your kids, grandchildren, spouses, friends and whoever you want to bring. We will have hamburgers and hotdogs, and baked beans. Feel free to bring a side or a dessert or nothing at all. The kids will have room to swim, fish, and explore. We will also have a turtle race tournament so bring your $1’s to support your favorite tortoise.

Brothers, Nobles, friends, & family. We regret to inform you of the passing of Jackie “Jack” Slagle.

A visitation will be held Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Pitts Chapel, where friends and family will gather to share stories, shed tears, and honor a life well lived. A Masonic service, as well as the Rose Croix will be held Friday, May 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Slagle Cemetery. Shrine onions are in. They will be available Saturday May 2nd from 9:00-noon, or anytime next week 7:00am-5:00pm M-F at Air Equipment Supply Inc in Bolivar. We are on the outer road south of Boones. They are $12 for a 10lb bag.
