Buns & The Bees - Rabbitry and Apiarist A small, yet passionate, Alaskan rabbitry focused on breeding to meet the SOP. Polish & Brittania Petites I am a youth breeder located in Fairbanks.

I breed for show and self sufficiency. I am very passionate about my rabbits, and my goal is you breed the best and work my way up to the SOP for each breed I own. I currently breed Polish, but I am hoping to start breeding Satin Angoras sometime this year. I have found myself in love with the simple yet exquisite breeds such as Czech Frosties, Thriantas, and Blue Holicers. All of which I hope to own and breed someday. I love rabbits with that have heavy, bold heads and cheeks, thick furry ears, luscious fur, and heavy bone structures. Those are features that catch my eye, and I find the most attractive.

This beautiful girl that a friend brought back from convention for me from Erik Bengston has grown up and is maturing nicely. She just palpated pregnant with Wright's Sno Berry, she is due in 15 days 🤞
Belladonna earned her first leg with a RIS in youth under Ted Deloyola at the ARCC's first show for 2025 a couple weekends ago.

BunsandTheBee's Trash Compactor got BOSB and BOSV under Ethan Weaver, earning him his first Jr leg.

BunsandTheBee's Kestrel also earned her first Sr leg under Ted Deloyola with a BOV for black Polish.

Overall it was a great show, and I got good comments on a lot of my hopeful Jr's. ❤️

A few days ago, Wright's Spooky gave me my first litter for 2025 🥳 a chocolate, broken chocolate, and a REW. Which is perfect because my goal for this year is to start working on my chocolates and REWs.
Next weekend will also be our first show for 2025 and I finally just got my entries in 😅
I will be showing 14 Polish, all of which are Juniors and young Seniors I chose to keep from last year's breeding season. This will be my first time showing strictly homegrown Polish, a goal I am very proud to have reached. My does are currently ruling the barn with numbers and type so I will have 12 does and only 2 bucks with me... usually it seems to be the other way around 😂
