Turnin-N-Burnin BBQ, Sauce Works and Catering Started in 2008...a husband and wife BBQ team from the Alaskan interior. " Good BBQ is simple BBQ... We support local grown products and businesses.

Jeff and Shelly Deckard started competition bbq in 2008 with a focus on traditional BBQ and a combination of different BBQ styles, Memphis, Kansas City, Carolina, and Texas, but add an Alaskan twist when ever possible. We use basic commercial smokers such as vertical water smokers, offsets, reverse flow off sets and weber kettle grills. We also have a wonderful couple ( Paul and Sandy McLaren ) who are an indespensable part of our team that comes up all the way from Georgia to help us out w/ our State BBQ competitions.
