After a week of official business, I've ironed out some kinks with the menu as below....
I will not be offering sandwich bread at this time! I am still working on a fail-proof successful recipe and may add it back when this has been perfected.
I've added some flavor options for the loaves, pretzels and muffins, but remember that I can collaborate with you on any wanted flavors/combos!
Some prices have been adjusted to more properly reflect the time/effort each product takes to create.

Time for the first holiday treat/snack box!!
Mother's Day is coming up May 11th, and what better gift to get mom, yourself or a friend than a box of homemade limited-time sourdough goodies?!
The box includes a savory garlic mini loaf, crackers, mixed nuts & soft pretzels w/ homemade artichoke spinach and mustard onion dips for the savories!!🤤 For the sweets, enjoy a chocolate covered strawberry-inspired muffin, a strawberry cupcake w/ buttercream frosting, raspberry white chocolate chip cookies, and an assortment of dried fruits.😍
Substitutions can be made for items if needed to an extent (vegan, nut allergies, etc).
These goodies are limited time flavors for mother's day and are not part of the menu (excluding the roasted garlic loaf!), so if anything strikes your fancy, make sure to snag a box!
Only 12 boxes are available, and pick-up/drop off will ALL be May 10th. Payment is due at the time of order to avoid confusion on delivery day, as I will need to get these boxes to 12 different places!!
I am willing to deliver boxes the afternoon/evening of May 10th, but will be charging a $5 surcharge for deliveries outside of the general Fairbanks area.

I wanted to show off some of my most recent sourdough creations, many of which are on my first edition menu, and introduce myself & my purpose!

A little back story- my name is Michaella, and I was gifted my sourdough starter (named Jolene, a 20 year old hard working lady!) earlier this winter. I immediately fell in love with the science of sourdough & the amount of creativity and passion it brings out of me. I have always said that I am NOT good at baking, but I have since proved myself wrong and LOVEEE sharing my food with friends and family. That’s one of the biggest reasons I wanted to start this small business- seeing people enjoy my food and baked goods is so fulfilling & inspiring to me.

While I work full time in the medical field, I am no longer in school after graduating with my Bachelors and had found myself bored and restless. I have since found great joy, stress relief and fun making whatever my heart desires as I ride through this lull of education while I gear up to apply to PA school at the end of this month. I figured this small business could give me a reason (& much needed funds!🤭) to continue going through many pounds of flour, creating new concoctions and receiving constructive feedback to help perfect my babies🫶🏻❤️

I am absolutely open to make custom orders for whatever your heart desires, as well as seeing everyone enjoy the recipes I have created and perfected so far, listed on the menu. Please, give me all the feedback, opinions and reviews if you try any of my products out! I am excited to create and give some of my own personal sourdough happiness to friends, neighbors and soon-to-be acquaintances throughout Fairbanks and surrounding areas. Thank you to everyone who has already supported this endeavor and to those who may in the future!

I have LOTSSSS of amazing packaging items, brand stickers and displays coming in the mail very soon to make your purchased products as loved and professionally packaged as I would want from another fellow baker!
