We are honored to report birds have been doing great at fairs. Appleyards are finally green headed! 2 Grand Champions and blues. 1 fair to go yet 1 state fair trip but was declined due to the kiddo just not being ready. We look forward to working with him and showing him where poultry kids hang out at fair!
The New Hampshires are growing but not quite there yet. We have 2 projects out there for later fairs! blue ribbon
The Bantam New Hampshires are growing but doing well competing. 2 fairs down 2 to go! Reserve and blues with 2 state fair trips!
The Black Bantam Wyandotte's are looking good. Yes we are working with a solid color. Grand Champion and still 1 fair yet
The Blue and Black Orpingtons are slow growing but we are also excited about them for fall shows!
Rouens are doing good also and growing. Just not ready for early shows.

The clover buds loved the calm Bantam Black Wyandottes!

Getting ready for the first show of the year. Bath time. Some chicken burritos for your enjoyment. We wrap them to get excess water off for about 10 minutes to let the towel soak up what it can. Then out to the cages to dry and preen.

Super excited to show in ND APA show at the Red River Valley Fair on the 4th as its where Cody and I were both born. He moved to MN before he started preK 4.

Since Cody Gilbertson has work to do and catch Jordon Elbert and a special guest who we've hopefully hooked on birds at the brown county swap in the new ulm runnings parking lot starting at 8!
