I’ve been waiting a long time to share this one. 🤍

**I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU** is finally here.

I created this cookie as an homage to Dolly Parton—a woman I have loved and admired not only for her extraordinary talent, but for the way she moved through the world: with warmth, wit, generosity, authenticity and an enormous amount of heart.

And if I was going to make a cookie worthy of her, it had to be something really special.

So I started with butter. And then I browned it.

Slowly, deeply, until it became impossibly rich, nutty and fragrant. That fresh browned butter becomes the foundation for a golden cookie dough studded with caramel, then finished with fleur de sel to cut through the sweetness and make the whole thing sing.

The result is somehow both simple and incredibly complex. Rich. Warm. A little salty. Deeply buttery. Sumptuous without trying too hard.

And, truly, **one of my favorite cookies I’ve ever made.**

It feels gorgeous and charismatic in its authenticity—just like the woman who inspired it.

One conversation with my kids turned into this month’s cookie.

Since all three of our birthdays fall in July, I asked them a simple question:

“What song makes you think of birthday month?”

Without hesitation…

“Go shorty, it’s your birthday…” 🎶

And just like that, Birthday Behavior was born.

It’s my take on the birthday cake we all grew up loving—but elevated into a soft, buttery cookie loaded with creamy white chocolate, colorful sprinkles, and everything I love about celebrating another trip around the sun.

Happy birthday month to all my fellow July babies. 🥳🎂

🙌🏼🎉𝙔𝙤, 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙮... 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙗𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙙𝙖𝙮.

Actually... all 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 of ours!

July has always been extra special in our house because my birthday, my daughter's birthday, and my son's birthday all fall within days of each other.

So when I was thinking about my musical inspiration this month, I decided to include my kids in the conceptualization process. When I asked them

"𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘰𝘧 𝘑𝘶𝘭𝘺?"

the response was immediate -

🎶"𝘎𝘰 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘺, 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘥𝘢𝘺..."

And just like that, this month's cookie was born.
