My handwriting needs some work, but putting the cougar and the runner on the cake was so much fun!

Strawberry syrup is one of my favorite things to make for many different reasons. First of all, I LOVE how easy it is! Only 3 ingredients and 45 minutes of time. Second, it tastes delicious 😋. Third, I don’t have to buy anything extra to make it! All I have to do is save the tops of my strawberries and then use them up when I get 4 cups of them. This syrup tastes great in lemonade or tea, and it is a heavily requested item at family gatherings 😋🍓🍓 🍓

Blueberry lemon cheesecake 🫐🍋 A few years ago, I really wanted a cheesecake with both lemon and blueberry flavors. I had also just gone blueberry picking and had lots of blueberries just waiting to be used! I looked for a recipe for what I wanted, and couldn’t find anything. So I did something I had never done before, I created my own recipe 😅 After a little bit of experimenting, I created one that I loved 🥰 Now, I make this cheesecake for special occasions, and whenever I go blueberry picking 🫐🍋☺️
