Hello Island friends and oyster lovers! The team has been thinking about a pop-up shuck and sale of oysters right at the farm. We're wondering if we can generate enough interest in this idea. Tell us what you think, would you stop by for a dozen (or more!) in or out of the shell? You could message us your order in advance, to accommodate as many folks as possible in a time window for pick up. Stop by and sample and if you are in love, take some home! Friday afternoon /evening or Saturday afternoon We're located on Goulart Memorial Drive, next to Hoppy's Landing.

Thanks for a great year!

2025 has been a year of incredible connections-–despite uncertainty in the funding and policy landscape and a drought that made the summer a challenging one, we've seen farmers come together to successfully advocate for the restoration of the Healthy Incentives Program (HIP) in Massachusetts, find ways to continue to feed their neighbors during cuts to the SNAP program, explore incredible innovations, and continuously impress us with their resilience and ingenuity.

Here at SEMAP, we rolled up our sleeves and helped farmers build greenhouses, plant peppers, write grants, run payroll, and find moments to connect with one another. Here are a few snapshots from some of those moments this past year. We're hopeful and optimistic about the new ways we'll work with our community in 2026, and we wish everyone a happy and safe new year.
