These are my beef stuffed biscuits. Probably will be adding on the menu with mashed potatoes and a Alfredo sauce topped off, if not some sorta Creamy mother sauce, yall will definitely stay updated tho!!

I just wanna take the time to say this lady has inspired me to take further steps in my career as a chef. One day i was just randomly scrolling through the internet and came across “Khalanis kitchen” where she operates out of a ghost kitchen.

A ghost kitchen is really just a bought out kitchen, no dinning room, no guests allowed inside, just a kitchen with its kitchen staff that runs their business off delivery, pick up, DoorDash, uber.. and so on.

I think this is a great way to start if your thinking of becoming a restaurant owner for the fact that, 1 it gives you more play time with the menu you wanna create for your customers. 2 its gives you time to maintain good relationships with loyal customers and see what their interests are. And 3 it can give you a better visual on where you will start once you decide to open up your own restaurant.

I say all this because my goal is to be a entrepreneur as the years go by. I started my journey with buying her Ebook where it explains the true definition on what a ghost kitchen really is and the different kinds of ghost kitchens, the steps it will take to get you on that path and will i say its the best decision ive made because this is only the start of my journey.

Although she is located all the way in Indiana her Ebook truly is a great resource for the start of my journey, also having her contact information really does help where i can reach out with questions anytime.
