Quick farm update for everyone waiting on beef 🐄

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and finished on pasture, which means they grow at their own natural pace. With the unusual freezing weather we had this winter, they burned more energy staying warm instead of putting on weight like we normally see.

Right now they’re just not quite where I want them yet for the size and finish that makes the best beef. Rather than rush the process, we’re going to give them a little more time on grass so the final product is exactly what our customers expect.

Thank you for supporting pasture-raised beef and for being patient while we let nature do its thing.

Good beef can’t be rushed — and we promise it will be worth the wait. 🥩
