Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Cheezers! 🧀

We’re serving up lunch at the Knights of Columbus in Fairmont until 4 PM, and today we’ve got some special guest entrepreneurs on site.

Parker and Everlē have officially opened Cheezers 1.5 Drink Station to help raise money for a Father’s Day dinner for their pops. 😎

The best part? Unlike most neighborhood lemonade stands, this one is operating under the watchful eye of a licensed food truck… making it one of the few fully legal lemonade stands in town. 😂🍋

Behind the Scenes at Cheezers: A lot of customers ask what makes Cheezers fries different, and the answer is pretty simple:

A little hard work and a lot of good potatoes.

Every day we’re open, we start with fresh Idaho potatoes and hand cut 50+ pounds of fries right in the truck.

After cutting, we put the potatoes through a process to remove excess starches and sugars, a technique used by the best in the business. Then we fry them fresh to order.

It’s definitely more work than opening a frozen bag, but we believe you can taste the difference.

The next time you’re enjoying a basket of Cheezers fries, just know there was a whole lot of potato cutting going on before the truck opened its window. 😅

What a day!

Today, Cheezers started the morning at the Fairmont Farmers Market, rolled through the Grand Parade, and then headed straight to the Street Dance at the Fairgrounds. It was easily our most event filled day since opening, and we got to spend every minute of it right here in our hometown of Fairmont.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone in the Fairmont community who stopped by the truck, waved at my daughter or me during the parade, grabbed a meal, or simply showed their support. Days like today are long, but the support we receive from this community makes every minute worth it.

We’re glad to call Fairmont home. We’re tired, we’re grateful, and we can’t wait to do it all again! 🧀🚚🤟
