20 years in the kitchen, and somehow I still feel like a beginner. 👨🍳
I spent most of my career learning how to become a better cook. The techniques, the discipline, the repetition.
But running a business? That’s a whole different set of skills.
Turns out being good at your craft and being good at building a business around it are two very different things.
And I’m learning that sometimes growth means stepping outside of what you’re already good at and being willing to suck at something new.
Still learning. Still making mistakes. Still getting my reps in.
They’re just different reps now. 💪
