♥️CAYUGAS PENDING PICKUP♥️

Good morning!

As we do our flock evaluations, we have decided to part with our small group of Cayuga ducks in order to free up the space to continue concentrating on the Anconas. We have a trio of one drake and two ducks remaining. Ducks are laying but have stopped for the season. Please reach out via DM if you are interested in rehoming this group. Rehoming is 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ for the trio. They will not be separated at this time.

Also available are two Ancona drakes, one black and one blue.

Updates! 😊

We had a great season breeding our birds!

We won’t be offering any more chicks or ducklings until the Spring. However, we are now offering hatching eggs again.

We are breeding our Anconas toward the proposed APA standard. With that in mind, we have decided to focus on black Anconas at this time. I know lots of people love the other color varieties, and I can point you in the direction of some great breeders if that’s what you’re looking for.

We have a new pricing list so please take a look!

Ducklings (Cayuga and Ancona):
Straight run: 20
Sexed males: 10
Sexed females: 30

Ducks over 8 weeks:
Females: 40
Males: 20

Hatching eggs (Cayugas, Anconas, Black Copper Marans, and Olive Eggers): 25/half dozen - Anconas 50/dozen.

Black Copper Marans:
Pullets: 45 when available
Straight run chicks: 20

Olive Eggers:
Pullets: 40 when available
Straight run chicks: 15

We had a number of no-shows and last minute cancellations this season. These things happen, but as a result we will no longer be reserving birds for later pickup. Thanks for understanding!

Hatching chicken eggs. Olive Egger eggs (blue and green) - blue eggs produced some of our current Olive Egger hens. Green eggs are OE hens with a Black Copper Marans rooster.
OE by half or full dozen. Green eggs are darker earlier in the season.

A handful of Ancona juveniles remaining. One female tricolor (placed in a pair with a drake) and several handsome young drakes. About 6 weeks old. 🖤 🤍
Anconas are great dual-purpose birds for eggs and meat. These drakes will reach butchering age by 12 weeks. (And of course are beautiful and make great pets if you’re not into the butchering thing. 😉)

Good morning! We will be at Booth #6 at the Mad Hatchers Expo today. We have just 32 birds so if you’re looking to take some home please head over early. Ancona ducklings, OE chicks, and juvenile Anconas (a couple of male/female pairs and several young handsome single drakes.) We will also have a contact list/wait list for upcoming hatches and hatching eggs - the breeds above as well as Cayuga and BCM. See you there!!
