The berries are totally loving this weather and Farmer Kenny says we are so so close to having berries coming out of our ears 👂🏼😅

With that said, Clinton Keith will be CLOSED for Easter! 😭 We really hoped we could be there but we just have to give them a little more time.

The farm will be open tomorrow for the people that have reserved. Unfortunately we are full for tomorrow since we are still limited. We have added dates for the rest of April tho so grab your spot. We also won’t have any pre-picked available this weekend at the farm.

It’s finally time!!!! We have been waiting so long for this announcement. 🍓 We will be opening the farm this Saturday (4/1) and Sunday (4/2) for the first weekend of the season. Crossing our fingers that this isn’t an April fools joke 😅 There is some more rain in the forecast the next couple days, but we are hoping it won’t put too much of a damper on our picking parade. We would recommend wearing shoes that can get a bit muddy tho 🤪

For right now we are just posting this weekends availability. We will add the rest of the season early next week once we have a better feel for the weather over the next few weeks. We are doing a soft opening this upcoming weekend since some of the berries are still ripening. But we will have plenty for the ones that can make reservations for this weekend. Click the link below to reserve your spot. Reservations are required so that we can make sure we have berries and room for everyone! And always check your emails before your visit. This is where we will send any weather or closure updates if needed.

Hi Everyone! We know we’ve been a little quiet on here lately. This year’s weather sure is one for the record books! 🌧️🌧️🌧️ We have had a few sporadic days where we have been able to pick but as you can imagine it is a smaller amount of trays then we are used to. It is hard for us to always post on social media when we are open at Clinton Keith because we will sell out very quickly. (Because you guys are the best customers in town!) We are hoping that as we move further into spring we will have lots and lots of berries to bring to the stand and have at the farm.

Strawberries are very picky with their preferred type of weather! 🤪 They don’t like to be too wet or too hot! With the rain happening every few days, they don’t really have time to recover in between storms. We just need longer stretches without rain and more ☀️! The skin of the berries change quickly with the water and they mold and damage easily. We always want the best quality for our amazing customers. A lot of the ripe damaged berries have been sent to a cannery where they process them for juice or jam.

The U-Pick opening day is still on hold but we are 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 and hoping to be able to open in the next couple weeks. We can’t wait for you all to visit!

Cozy rainy day at home for these farmers! 🍓 We appreciate you all for checking in! Rain is great for the plants, just not for the ripe berries. Once the rain is done we will have to remove the ripe, damaged berries and wait for the next round to ripen. We will send those berries to a cannery to be used for juice and jam 🍓 🍓Clinton Keith will be closed for a week or more! This will also affect the farm opening. We will post our opening date as soon as we can. Thanks for all your support and ❤️!
