Thank you for 7 years of support of my product, BUFF Bites! It’s because of each of you that we’ve made it this far. As 2022 comes to an end, we say goodbye to BUFF Bites as well. It has been a very difficult decision to make, as it’s been my passion. That passion doesn’t stop here, I’ll still be creating easy, healthy and delicious recipes to share with you!

1) We are switching ALL BUFF bites to sunflower seed butter from our local SunButter Sunflower Butter !
•allergen friendly (🥜 free but the facility is not nut free)
•tastes great
•local company using regional 🌻

2) We are removing honey 🍯 from the recipe! Don’t worry they’re still sweet 🥰 but now with less carbs and more ‘macronutrient’ friendly!

3) Website will soon reflect this and labels and nutrition info are also being updated.

4) We are still filling orders on the 2nd & 4th Saturday’s of each month! Orders get shipped the following Monday!
