Meet Legend and Willow! 🤎

These two are our mini horses, and if there's one thing you should know about them, it's that they almost NEVER get out. So when we got the call that they were loose at my dad's, we couldn't believe it.

The funny part? Just two days earlier, we had been there loading up livestock panels and fencing for the new homestead. They threw an absolute fit while we were loading the trailer, acting like they wanted to load up and come home with us.

Apparently, waiting wasn't part of their plan. 😂

Our sweet friend came to the rescue with her horse, Creamy. They helped us search where our vehicles couldn't go. After about three hours of searching we found our two little escape artists.

Since they were already loaded in the trailer, we looked at each other and said, "Well... I guess they're moving in today."

We weren't quite ready, but apparently they were.

The best part? Legend and Willow seemed to think they had just made a new best friend. They were much more interested in hanging out with Creamy than they were with us. They were pretty disappointed when it was time for him to head back home.
