March steers are in for processing

We have a half or quarter available which will be ready end of March/early April.

Our butcher dry hangs 14 days then cut and wraps using vacuum seal. Our processing takes a bit longer vs wet age but it’s very much worth the wait 😋

Availability update 🚨

We have a half a beef at 365lbs hanging weight available for customized cuts. Will be cut and wrapped next week in time for Valentines steaks 🥩 💝

Also have a quarter of a beef at 182.5lbs having weight.

Our beef is dry aged 14 days and vacuum sealed for freezer freshness from our butcher Homegrown.

Late Christmas gift idea….a portion of local beef!! 🥩

We have spots on our steer in mid January with delivery estimated around end of Jan. Either a half or quarter is available.

We’ll print out a brochure to give your loved ones along with a pound of ground beef so they can have a sample of what’s to come.

Straight from the ranch here in Oklahoma, a portion of beef is a gift the family will enjoy year round!
So if your stumped on what to get those grownup kids here’s an excellent idea.
