The Honey isn’t Free-just ask my husband and the dozen stings he earned today🐝🍯
What started out as a routine hive check, quickly escalated. We needed to add a second box on one of the hives… me being overtired asked him to do it so I could start supper.. next thing you know he’s running across the yard screaming and dancing, he had a hole in his bee suit, and they were pissy & got all in there ..then I got one stuck in my hair while I was in downstairs kitchen.. and I couldn’t get it out but I could hear the buzzing in.. that was a moment….
So in the end, I ended up having to get my suit out and do it anyways.. I guess I should’ve just done it to begin with. I didn’t realize his suit had a hole…🤷‍♀️🐝
