Come experience elevated open fire cooking with us at Apple Seeds, Inc. April 19th! It’s going to be a special evening of 🔥 , 🧀 and so many perfect bites conjured up by the incredible Chef Brooks Cameron.

Join us on Sunday, April 19 at 6:00pm for as we kick off the 2026 Small Plate Series featuring Damian Lux owner of LUX Grilling Company with Chef Brooks Cameron owner of Bloom Cheese Collective - celebrating the start of spring and the joy of outdoor cooking!

They will embody the communal spirit of cooking over the Lux Fire Grill. Think of your favorite foods - now imagine preparing them outdoors, over a fire, surrounded by family and friends. It’s in those moments of sharing food, laughter, and fresh air, that lasting memories are made. Brooks and Damian will guide us on a culinary journey rooted in fire.

What a beautiful day for Razorback football…and an incredible tailgate!
Wonderful people gathered together, sharing stories, celebrating friendships, new and old, while enjoying elevated tailgate fare, prepared over an open fire on the LUX Grill PRO!
We created open face steak sandwiches, with house made chimichurri and savory onion/beef broth topper. Yum!

Well, my team didn’t win…but we definitely won the tailgate. So grateful to be part of this tailgate crew and spend time with family and friends on game days!
Plus, I had the honor of meeting an all time Razorback legend, the ! Such a great guy and was gracious enough to take a pic with my son.
