The Story

As a 1st generation Asian-American that was raised in a family restaurant of 26 years, I learned that food was something I always enjoyed. I may have not always been a happy camper slaving at the restaurant but I sure did love the ability to stop by and eat as much as I wanted. ;) This is probably why I found myself working as a Sushi Chef for a period of time.

From cooking leftovers, to operating a food truck, to being a food vendor, to eating 5 star meals- I enjoy the realm of hospitality in all aspects. I see food as a vehicle that connects many cultures and people together. Whether it be to experience something new or talk about the family gossip- eating has always brought warmth to the heart.

This page is meant to share my journey (and others I find along the way) with everything revolving around food. You’re talking business, food reviews, restaurants, etc. This is the ultimate food stop page.
