This past weekend, Chef Gus was craving fajitas! He decided to surprise his family on Memorial Day with a nice treat. Thank you, Chef Gus. The fajitas were really good.

Last weekend, Chef Gus took his van into his favorite Toyota dealership for an oil change. The weather was wonderful. He received great service from his advisor, Chance, and was able to visit his Toyota of Puyallup friends that he had not seen since last year.

Several days ago, Chef Gus was asked by a long time friend, if he could make his famous stuffed mushrooms. It turns out the friend and his wife were attending a party (Saturday night) and wanted to bring something different, freshly made and not from a store.
Chef Gus was very happy and privileged to have been invited to help his friend.
Before Gus went to bed last night, he reflected on the stuffed mushrooms he made Saturday, and the joy he provides others through his simple love of cooking. 💕 👨‍🍳

Good morning and Happy Groundhog Day! At 2 AM, Chef Gus looked out of the window and saw snow on the ground. He went outside and noticed that the snow was not enough to cover the grass. So, he had to make his "Gus Angels" on the windshield of my car! 😀😀

As Christmas 2024 comes to a close, Santa Gus, (who will go back to being "Chef Gus"), hopes that everyone had a very nice time with family and friends.

For some of the newer Chef Gus fans, December 25th is also the birthday celebration for Chef Gus. 36 years ago, on December 25, 1988, he was officially adopted into our family (as a baby chef).
..and to all a good and blessed night!

On Saturday, December 7th, "Santa Gus" helped serve breakfast at the 2024 Jingle Bell Brunch. There was sausage, scrambled eggs, hash browns along with yogurt and sweet rolls. He enjoyed spending time with his good friend Santa and taking pictures with his family.
He would like to say a special "thank you" to the staff at the Federal Way Community Center for the invitation and wishes all a Merry Christmas.
