The Wave Drum,one of my favorite instruments in my collection, turned out to also be a highlight at today’s Sound Bath 🌊🧘🏻‍♀️

It’s really hard to make time for yourself without feeling guilty for doing so. Yet several woman came together at the Seaford District Library for some self care💚
