Nothing is frozen, mass-produced, or shipped in from a corporate warehouse. Every Liège waffle is made with real yeast dough and crafted fresh with care — not pulled from a box and reheated.
Every batch of cold brew is made from quality coffee beans obtained from a local roaster. Quality and consistency matter. Authenticity, heart and passion matter.
I’ve spent countless late nights testing recipes, investing in equipment, learning this business as I go, and pouring everything I have into creating something unique for our community. Small businesses don’t have giant corporate backing, marketing teams, or franchise systems behind them. We rely on word of mouth, repeat customers, and people who truly value local businesses.
