Spring is here! The sun is shining! & we are so excited for another year of raising beef! Wanted to post a little update on here that we are starting to send steers to the butcher- so if you are on the spring list for a 1/4, 1/2, or whole you will be getting notified in the next couple weeks about when yours is headed there! If you missed placing an order for this spring and would like to get on the fall list send us a message and we can reserve a 1/4, 1/2, or whole for you! We also will be getting restocked with individual cuts the middle of May. We will post an update when that beef is available. Thank you!
