Every year we had a family reunion in Grand Rivers KY. They have a place there called Patti’s Settlement. I’m sure some of you have heard of it or been there. Anyway, I bought one of their cookbooks just so I could the get the recipe for their Strawberry Butter. In the summer when I go to a cookout, picnic I make this along with some homemade rolls to take. It is out of this world delicious.

First time making these delicious cookies.
Brown Butter Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies. My fellow bakers kept telling me I needed to make these and let me tell you, they are the best. You can taste the caramelized butter, and that little bit of tang shines through from the starter.
