It’s about that time of the month again—time for the Unsealed Vacuum & One-Off Bags!

This month’s bags start with Ham Roasts, Pork Neck Bones, Hot Dogs, and Sausage. One-offs include Spare Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Shoulder Chops, Leg of Lamb Chops, & Rope Sausage.

These are items with loose vacuum seals, packaging that isn’t presentable enough for regular inventory. You may see some freezer crystals, but it all eats just the same! Or it’s the last of certain items that aren’t enough to keep as regular inventory anymore, so they get worked into these bags.

Each bag typically contains $150–$200 worth of meat and will be priced between $100–$150.

If you’d like me to add specific items to your bag, let me know ASAP, and I’ll make it happen.

With that being said, any orders placed after 3 p.m. will be moved to next week.

Today’s route: From The Farm to Boyertown, Gilbertsville, Royersford, Audubon, Norristown, Bridgeport, and King of Prussia.

Saturday, I’ll be making deliveries in New York, New York, and Parkesburg!
