This week in Southeastern Denton County, there are 503 homes on the market, with 135 under contract, and 26 closed over the past 7 days. Compared to this same week last year, our area continues to see steady activity and strong sales.

That’s encouraging news for both buyers and sellers who value strategy over speed.
