Spots on your zinnia leaves? 🌼 Don't panic, you're not alone!

Bacterial leaf spot is one of the most common zinnia problems, especially in humid weather. The good news is that a few simple habits can help keep your patch healthy:

💧 Water at the base, not overhead
🌅 Water in the morning so leaves dry quickly
🌿 Space plants for good airflow
🚫 Stay out of the patch when plants are wet
🧹 Remove infected leaves and clean up debris
🔄 Rotate zinnia beds each year

Remember that prevention is the best cure, and once a plant is badly infected it's often best to remove it so the rest of your flowers stay healthy.

"Forever" is a big promise. How long do preserved flowers actually last?

Spoiler: it depends on how they're preserved and where you keep them. Air-dried blooms may give you a year or two, while pressed flowers sealed in resin can last for decades, becoming a true heirloom. 💛

Our newest Flower Press post gives you the honest answer, method by method, plus simple tips to help your keepsakes last even longer.
