We had a couple people show for Chicken Butchering as it was a HOT afternoon for it. (Maybe the hottest day of the year yet). Everyone got to try every aspect of butchering if they wanted. It turned out to be a great afternoon. Brittany Carroll taught and did amazing as always. We very grateful for her and her expertise. Thank you Greenfield Mercantile for the Homesteding Series classes and the honor to host at our homestead.
