Ten years. One dream. Countless memories. 🥃
Today, we’re celebrating 10 years of Pauley Hollow Distillery, and it’s hard to put into words what this milestone means to us.
What began as a dream has become so much more than a distillery. It’s become a place where stories are shared, friendships are made, and traditions are celebrated. Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of welcoming people from near and far, sharing our passion for Kentucky spirits, and being a small part of so many special moments.
Pauley Hollow Distillery was built on family, perseverance, and a deep respect for our Appalachian heritage. The road hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge has made this journey even more meaningful.
To everyone who has supported us—whether you’ve visited our tasting room, attended an event, enjoyed one of our spirits, recommended us to a friend, or simply cheered us on from afar—thank you. Your support has made every step of this journey possible.
As we celebrate this incredible milestone, we’re filled with gratitude for the past and excitement for the future. We still have big dreams, more stories to tell, and many more glasses to raise together.
