Backyard BBQ & Catering is proud to be joining the celebration at the Wharton Freedom Fest on July 4th at the Historic Wharton County Courthouse!

Come out and celebrate America’s 250th Birthday with an evening full of fireworks, live music, dancing, vendors, family fun, and of course, some great Texas BBQ! 🍖🔥

We would love to see all of our amazing customers, friends, and families there as we celebrate together as a community. Bring your lawn chairs, bring your appetite, and bring your patriotic spirit!

With Father's Day and 4th of July right around the corner, we will be doing the Wheel of Names spin and have 2 winners. Each winner will win brisket, ribs, sausage, and 2 sides (buttered potatoes, brisket beans), and banana pudding. This package will feed 10 people. This can be used on either day.

I always get ask what do I do with all those brisket trimmings I have left. Well here is a picture of something I use it for. Nice pot of carne guisada. Not only do we bbq, but we can throw down on a gold pot this. We can make large amounts for any occasions. Shoot us a message for more info.
