For years, I ran a CO₂ laser, so my brain was wired to think in 2D. That’s all I knew, and honestly, I never imagined creating anything beyond that.

Now that I’ve stepped into the CNC world with Next Wave CNC everything has changed. I’m learning to think in 3D, and it’s opened up a whole new level of creativity.

One feature in Vectric’s VCarve Pro has made that transition so much easier—the toolpath preview.

Being able to preview every toolpath together before I ever hit “Start” gives me so much confidence. I can see exactly how my project will come together, catch mistakes before they happen, and spend more time creating instead of second-guessing.

As someone who’s still growing and learning, I really appreciate how user-friendly VCarve Pro is. It makes trying new things feel exciting instead of overwhelming, and that’s exactly what every creator needs.

Wow, I can’t believe I did it!

Using new tools is always exciting and intimidating until you actually get it going. I’m so happy I finished my first test project on this Shark from

I can’t believe how easy it was to actually use.

Here’s the scoop.

Too often The Cozy Grain gets confused and mislabeled.

The “hobby” and “little” side business I created 6 years ago turned into a full time business REAL quick. Faster than I could blink.

I make signs on a large scale with real income to support my life.

I collaborate with companies who have reached out to me, using the products and machines they send me to post.

I work with some big companies where I’m not even allowed to share their logos.

I take on projects I have no idea what I’m doing but I love the challenge.

I’ve dedicated my time to master some techniques and will continuously be learning how to master others.

I love what I do and I’m so grateful for how successful my business has become, I’m thankful for that!

This is no hobby.

I absolutely love installs. Getting to chat with business owners in their element while I’m hanging their focus piece makes everything I do worth it.
