Everyone keeps asking when I’ll be opening, and I don’t have an answer to that yet.. other then I’m doing everything I can to get it done as soon as possible! ☕️

While the café is still being built, there’s SO much happening behind the scenes! 🌊☕️

I’ve been working on my menu, picking and choosing the specialty flavor combinations that will make Sea Foam Sips what it is and of course, the Sea Salt Shaken Espresso is at the TOP of the list. 🤍

With that, I really want to focus on using the freshest, highest quality ingredients I can, while supporting other local Maine businesses whenever possible.

That’s why our Sea Salt Shaken Espresso will be made with Eastern Edge Sea Salt, made right here in Maine by The Downeast Cowboy & his dad! The rich notes of house made caramel, their sea salt, shaken with brown sugar in dark espresso and poured with any milk of choice!

It’s the little details that make a drink special & unique! I can’t wait for you guys to taste everything I’ve been working on🤍

‘If your dream doesn’t scare you, it’s not big enough’ 🖤

Since I was a little girl I’ve always wanted something of my own. The restaurant industry will forever be apart of who I am, I thrive under pressure and love the adrenaline rush of it all.

For the past 2 years I’ve been busting my butt to be able to create something that’s mine. Something that I’m proud of, something that brings me joy, and hopefully something I can pass to my kids one day.

When purchasing our house, it came with the sweetest little ‘shed’ that I kept envisioning as my caffeine shop, and Ive decided to do just that.

For the last 2 months I’ve been starting the initial steps to get things going. They may be just baby steps in this project, but every step is a step closer to my dream.. and I can’t begin to tell you just how excited I am to have YOU all along for the journey and for you all to be able to enjoy Sea Foam Sips in Birch Harbor Maine!
