This week Cielos’ Dining will be presenting. They specialize in sourcing high quality Italian products at the highest level — aged Parmigiano Reggiano (24 - 36-48- even 60 months) and traditional Aceto Balsamico di Modena (10 Years aged and up).

They work directly with artisan producers in Emilia-Romagna whose families have preserved these traditions for generations, creating products with absolute respect for tradition.

Some of these selections are rarely experienced outside Italy — and each one comes with history, stories, tastings, and unique ways to create and present exceptional plates.

Parking is available in the front lot, as well as at West Marine, located approximately two blocks away.

Due to the upcoming Passover and Easter holidays, we will be pausing Chef Club on March 31st and April 7th.

Chef Club will resume on April 14th, 2026, featuring a special presentation by Shun Cutlery. (stews welcomed )

Our next Stew Club (chefs are welcomed and encouraged to come )will take place on April 15th, 2026, and will be held at Dancing Circle in Oakland Park. More details will be shared as we get closer.
