I think of all of our flower jellies, Redbud is my favorite. Such beautiful red color and sweet, fruity/floral flavor. I love watching the redbud trees bloom in the spring. They only bloom for a couple of weeks each year so we had to move fast to get this delicious jelly. A great way to have the beauty of the Redbud all year round.

Because of the short harvest time, we only have 30 jars and then they’re gone again until next spring! Don’t wait, grab one (or two) today! 🌺
