Moonlight Acres Miniature Horses

Moonlight Acres Miniature Horses PLEASE BE SURE TO LIKE OUR POSTS IN ORDER TO CONTINUE SEEING OUR NEW POSTS IN YOUR NEWSFEED. We at Moonlight Acres Miniature Horses strive to create the perfect small equine.

We are a small personal horse farm just west of Fort Wayne Indiana. Our motto is "quality over quantity"; thereby raising a minimal number of foals each year allows us to spend more quality time with each one. In addition, we participate in public events, church festivals, parades, and pony parties.

Moonlight Acres is changing it's name and this page will soon be deleted. Please like my new page. A few years ago, unforeseen life circumstances forced us to start over. So, now it is time to complete that change with a new name. My heart breaks every time I look at my old page, so it is time for a new beginning....

Soon we expect to have Miniature Horses for sale, pony parties, and therapy horses. We have other critters that live here, but all are miniature in size.

Sounds about right..... Lol.

RIP: Magic Mike (also known as "Pooey" since my nephew couldn't say "Pony", he called him "Pooey" and so it stuck) passed away suddenly on March 17, 2016. The necropsy revealed that he died from a ruptured large intestine due to a heavy worm burden when I got him almost a year ago. The worms had created a weak spot that eventually started to leak bowl contents. When I got him he was thin, un-thrifty, and wormy looking. He blossomed beautifully and was finally in the best condition of his life. He was only 2 1/2 years old. He has been buried and I will be planting a rose bush (my favorite flower) over his grave. He will be dearly missed; he was my life, my companion, my friend. I love you Pooey!

You have a very nice farm! And I have a blue roan paint filly that would fit right into your herd. She was born in April this year and could load right on the trailer with your little jack tomorrow night? lol
