So I was really excited about the packing tape with the Volkswagen bus.

I was shopping for upcoming events and etc. It’s a better for you soda. Mountain Hippie sweetens with cane sugar, and stevia.

I’ve enjoyed both the lime and lemon. Clean. Not weird aftertaste ones so far.

I love the artwork on the cans. It really gives me pleasure while shopping. First for beneficial ingredients, then what matches my own brand.

Corvinus is derivative from my maiden name. Corvus corax: The Raven.

Naturally, I have a crunchy, almond mindset. I first got into herbs (nootropics) around 2018, then circled back a couple years ago with a renewed perspective. So this is just another step in the same direction.

A couple summers ago I tried a classic cocktail—new to me. That were flowing good and I think I had three. I felt sick - and I had to pull it together for my kid’s soccer game.

I remember thinking, this feels irresponsible. I’ve got a very active kid and I can’t afford to lose time like that. I didn’t like not having control over how I felt that morning.

This isn’t a judgment on anyone else—it’s just my own story. I still drink alcohol sometimes, but not often.

That’s why I started trying alternatives like adaptogenic drinks—better for my health but still give me that calm, floaty feeling I’m after.

As of November 7th, I’ve been posting content for a full year now and I’m growing and learning new tricks with social media all the time.

After this Thanksgiving weekend I had a chance to reflect and I can honestly say that every day I’m just grateful. Grateful for you and for you hanging around my page.

Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz Aplos Calme (Lime Mojito)
• 0.75 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz lime juice
• Fresh mint leaves
• Spinach or kale juice (just a splash for color)
• Club soda
• Lime wedge and mint for garnish

Method:
1. Add Aplos Calme, simple syrup, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well, then add a splash of spinach or kale juice for a hint of color.
3. Pour into a glass over fresh ice, top with club soda, and give it a gentle stir.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge or a sprig of mint.
