I wanted my very first official post to be close to my heart. My son turned 11 yesterday, he wanted something savory, crunchy, and unique—so I put my cake-designing background to work on one of his favorite foods: SUSHI! 🍣

The result? A towering, 9-inch layered sushi cake featuring the best of a California roll and a crunchy tempura shrimp roll. The birthday boy’s smile said it all! HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIAM🎂🥳🎉 I LOVE YOU!
