So excited to share Vickie Charm's Mahjong Social Parlor is moving forward with an expected opening in late summer/early fall.

Nestled inside a charming turn-of-the-century home, our private social parlor offers an inviting, refined space designed for both seasoned mahjong players and newcomers alike.

Beginning this summer, members enjoy access to beautifully curated tablescapes, complete with premium tiles, mats, and racks—everything needed for an effortless and elevated game experience.

Blending timeless tradition with modern comfort, our parlor is more than a place to play—it’s a space to gather, connect, and savor the art of mahjong, as well as rummikub and other classic table games.

Follow us to learn when you can be the first to join!

“The art of life lies in a constant readjustment to our surroundings."

This quote by Japanese art critic and cultural scholar Kakuzo Okakura couldn't be more true and is exactly why Maria Elena's is pivoting a bit to better support her sister venture, Vickie Charm Social Parlor, an intimate, curated space to gather for game play including mahjong, rummikub and other classic table games.

Maria Elena's will continue to bring culinary comfort and joy with pop-ups, small private gatherings and at Vickie Charm's Social Parlor when it opens in late summer/early fall. Follow us at VickieCharmMahjongSocialParlor to learn more.
