A dream of mine is to one day have a Cuellars Elote golf cart like this. 🌽🚗

Some people see a golf cart, but I see an opportunity to take Cuellars Elote to the next level. I picture pulling up to community events or the parks with a unique setup that brings smiles wherever it goes.

When I started this journey, it was simply because I enjoyed serving people and seeing their reactions with every cup of elote. Now, every event, every booking, and every customer gets me one step closer to turning this dream into reality.

Am I crazy for wanting something like this? Maybe. But every successful business started with a dream that seemed a little out of reach.

Looking back at these past two months, my heart is full. ❤️🌽

What started as a simple idea has grown into something I never could have imagined. Every event, every customer, every conversation has been a blessing. I truly thank Jesus for opening doors, answering prayers, and guiding this journey every step of the way.

This isn’t just about serving elote. It’s about meeting amazing people, being part of special memories, and seeing the smiles on people’s faces when they take that first bite. Those moments mean more to me than words can describe.

I do this because I genuinely love it. The long days, the hard work, the late nights—it’s all worth it when I see the support from this community.

Thank you to everyone who has booked us, shared our posts, recommended us, and stopped by our cart. Your support means everything to our family.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping Cuellar’s Elote continue to grow. The best is yet to come. 🌽❤️🙏
