So a fair amount of folks have been asking. The answer is Yes. Yes, I am doing my (gasp) 9th annual (!!) soul aligning session for 2022, where we meet, reflect, flow, and set intentions for the coming year.

You say? I feel you. This one. Keeps us on our toes, brings lots of laughs & always manages to keep it real. I am eternally grateful for her presence in our family. Joy, love, peace & kindness are the vibes she exudes to her family, all the animals on the planet & anyone in need of a hug. 💗💗💗

I think they call this getting the band back together again. Super honored and excited to have these two, LaurenBailey & Missy Spinks, on our schedule at our new location.

We’ve known each other for a decade now. They’ve been best friends since they were wee babies. I’ve witnessed them become more & more independent, stronger in every way & increasingly more inspirational - because they are vigilant about staying true to themselves every step of the way. I promise, you will enjoy being in their classes &, I suspect, you will hold them dear, as I do.

LaurenBailey teaches Monday 6pms & Tuesday 915ams every week. Missy teaches Tuesday & Thursday 1pms. Sigh.

Happiest of hearts. And LaurenBailey s classes will be livestream too.

So….. I’m teaching tomorrow. My first public class in a fat minute. At least, in person. I’ve been teaching online, of course. Just not in person since March 16, 2020. But who’s counting?

I’ve poured it all into this new space, which was already lovely. Copper lanterns? Yep. Sanctuary vibe? Yep. Amazing team of like minded yogi women to lead their own classes? Yep. I am so excited/nervous/hopeful. We have done everything we can to make this safe. 5 HEPA air filters, attendance at 50% capacity, vaccination card requirement before attending in person - you must bring your own props, water, etc. As such, I feel as though we have done our best.

Not to mention, I just love being in this space. And we have gone the full mile on the retail. It came to me very early on that my gaol was to provide all the elements one might want to create their own at home yoga sanctuary. Plants, candles, essential oils, incense, pillows, quilts, crystals, even plant fertilizer that I guarantee will make your orchids bloom and bloom and bloom. Also, a legit CBD vial that creates a feeling of relaxation and focus simultaneously.

And so, I present…. The Sanctuary Yoga Room reprise. 3425 W 7th. It was once the sweetest space that ever was - SoulSpace, and then it became Indigo Academy. And now, it’s TSYR 3. Whew. Ok, that was more difficult than I expected. After an epic summer - he graduated high school, he went w us to the beach, etc - we did the college dorm move in thing. Jag is starting his freshman year at

Yes, I’m so proud of him.
Yes, I’m so excited for him.
Yes, I’m even a tiny bit jealous of him…

I was a bit more emotional than I expected. It started when I watched him say goodbye to his 10 yo silver lab. Tears started springing from my eyes knowing how much they love each other & how much Gunner will miss him. I know how he feels.

Then we did move in. It was relatively quick & easy. Boy dorm, ya know? And when we were leaving I thought, oh! I wanna picture with him in the room I worked so hard to make comfortable for him - that was my main mission. If he can’t be home, I can at least make sure he’s as comfortable as possible. Faux fur, anyone? When we stood for the pic - bam. There they were again, pesky waterworks.

I love you, Jagger. Have so much fun, please. And also, enjoy your new campus/classes… Be good to him, Nola.

For the last several months, I’ve had the honor/privilege/joy of being a mentor for an offering my teachers created - a 300 hour global online teacher training. Words are lame -merely human - when trying to describe a journey that transcends carbon based human & star dust. They just don’t suffice, pesky words. So pardon me if I cheese out & say … I have fallen in love with all of these people… from all over the US & all over the world. All ages & races & many languages & stories & backgrounds… all unified in one mission. Coming to the altar of peace, love, free breath, true alignment & reverence for our teachers.

To witness transformation, to learn in unison without ego, to hold space for each other… this has been so sacred. 4 days, 54 classes and 2 million tears later, we have arrived. I am bathed in gratitude. Onward.

Since April, I’ve been serving as a mentor for , & s 300 hour yoga teacher training. And it’s been so awesome. I’ve learned, connected with, fallen in love with, offered, and discovered so much. Today, Richard Freeman & Mary Taylor led us through asana & a lecture on the Bhagavad Gita. P**f. Mind. Blown. I love this yoga journey that always, consistently, and without fail reveals to me the joys of learning, staying open, staying humble, staying curious & reverent for this vast and amazing thing we call life.
