Welcome to Elim—a haven of peace and flavor, where every dish honors heritage. Just as the oasis of Elim was a place of rest and refreshment for the Israelites, my hope is that this little bakeshop and café becomes your haven—a place to relax, recharge, and savor good food and drinks, all crafted with love.
Right now, I’m running Elim Bakery Café straight from my home while I work toward finding and funding the perfect place to open up shop. Until then, I’ll be baking fresh from my kitchen, delivering orders, and even going door to door to share these homemade flavors with you!

The recipes I bring to the table are inspired by the flavors and traditions of my great-grandparents, grandparents, and parents—each dish a tribute to the rich culinary legacy they passed down.
