This was an experiment of necessity. After our broody hen went missing, I brought these guys in and with no immediate incubator access, just put them in a bowl under a heat lamp. After a couple days, they still showed signs of life. So I let it run. They kept growing. I truly can't believe something so simple worked. Even better, momma hen showed back up with a small chest wound that has now healed!

Yesterday sure was busy! Restock on Honey Apple BBQ sauce, Pineapple BBQ sauce, and a new apple butter flavor: Amoretto Apple!

Plus 3 rows of cucumber, squash, and sugar snap peas added to the garden! Would you try a pickled pea? Hopefully that rain they keep promising actually comes through.
