Pot of Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo for $75! Gumbo is cooked for 9 hours, at minimum, with a handcrafted roux! This pot is LARGE & can feed at minimum 15 people. You CAN freeze gumbo for later meals! Adding shrimp is an option for an additional cost
